I had this before, but it was never constant to the point that now I notice it more. I dont see it shaking when I look in the mirrow, but I feel the sensation.

We all get this time to time and it is caused by STRESS. The nerves near the eye mostly in the eyelid have lots of nerves that twitch and tingle when we are stressed out. You can't stop it physically but you can lower your stress at the moment by closing your eyes and thinking about nice thoughts.
Try this one: think about a field of yellow flowers blowing in the wind. Watch them sway left and right then forward and back. Zero in on one flower and see the middle center. Watch the dew drop from the petals. Now pull back away and watch the whold huge field of flowers dancing in the sunlight. Try giving a name to several. Attack a name to some of the flowers. Now go back in and take a look at these specifit flowers again. Get personal, think hello how are you. Then pull back away watch then again for awhile and then slowly open your eyes. I bet it is gone. This is meditation and it works for stress. That little twitch in the eye is Gods way of telling your to relax and regroup. Maybe you are pushing yourself too hard. Meditation helps try it.

I would recommend that you see a doctor right away!! When it come to your health there is no question too small or to stupid to ask. Without your health you have nothing. Chane's are, it's no big deal. However if you go to the doctor, than you will know for sure. Plus it will put your mind at ease. However if you are not happy with the answer or your treatment. GET A SECOND OPPINOIN!!!! IT"S YOUR RIGHT!!!

I've had this happen to me several times for long periods of time. I have heard that it could be caused by dehydration. Try drinking lots of water and see if that helps!

people tell me that happens when someone is about to make you mad. Its just little muscle spasms, most likely caused by stress. I get them every once in a while, and it is annoying. However, no one can really see your eye jumping, though. Try warm compresses to relax the nerve. Mine usually stop after I yell at my husband. Good luck

Usually that is caused by tension and stress. Have a friend give you a neck massage, that is one of the best ways to get rid of it...not just because it's a massage lol but because it is a neck muscle that gets out of whack.

In indian superstitions, when such a thing happens to a lady on her left eye, something good is going to happen with her, while if it is the right eye, then trouble is on the way for her.

For a man opposite of this is believed to be true. That is: right eye means goodluck, left eye means badluck.

Therefore according to this theory, you are one lucky gal ;-)
