I love it. I have been a Sprint customer since 2000 and thanks to my phone service, my sister got one and later one of my friends(who is clueless on which cell phone to get) . The friend of mine , Sprint is his only cell phone carrier to this day and later his friend. If your phone breaks, this cell phone brand has insurance that will give you a replacement in the store. You just pay an insurance which isn't that much on your phone bill . I think it is $3.25 per month.

I have been with Sprint since '99 and have my yeas and neas with them. Their customer service absolutely blows, but I am quite happy with the phone plans & rates, phone selection, and all the extras they offer. I live in the northwest and have traveled all over the US, and have never had an issue with reception. I do suggest going with a Sprint phone and not a Nextel though. Nextel is a little more limited, even with being purchased by Sprint. Their geared more for corporate plans.....Happy Choosing!

I think that most of the people who use Sprint get phone that are well beyond their ability to operate then they call in ON THE PHONE HAVING ISSUES. It goes something like "my bluetoof aint werkin" "What happens when you try to connect" "I don't rememba, just aint werkin" "Well try it now" Silence for 5 minutes "Can I do dat while Im talkin to you" "On the phone in question?" "Yes" "No, you will have to hang up first"
Or people who have never owned a computer getting a WM device, ugh.
Oh yeah, and they call in at 5:30 in the afternoon and expect that NOONE else is calling in and they should get right through.
Oh wait, about Sprint, they are ok, I have Sprint, but also I work for them

i imagine the way the Nextel phones are made prohibits their use by technique of different amenities. i don't think of sprint has had phones made that would want to accomodate both amenities -- which signifies that even notwithstanding the organizations merged, the phones are unlike minded.

Sprint is the worse service possible...but at least they don't steal from you like Verizon does. I know I won't continue with them in Feb when my contract ends...

They are HORRIBLE! You have to wait 30 minutes to get a live person, then they can't help you. They stick stuff on your bill that you didn't sign up for, then say they'll take it off and they don't. They even stuck charges on my bill that were NOT on my contract and they refuse to take it off. And when they say someone that can do something will call you back, they call back at the exact time and number you told them not to call!
They're horrible, horrible and when my contract is up I will never do business with them again!

I don't like sprint, they don't have very nice phones at good prices. Also they kind of rip you off with family plans.
