JHC&C
an anchor
a lyon
an e letter

Its silver (lion) assayed in Birmingham (anchor)
The e gives the date but the font is important

There is a bit about hallmarks here, it is relevent to all silver not just watches.

take them to an antique dealer... antiques need to be seen in real life by a trained professional. it takes a lot of knowledge to figure out what is an antique and what is a great fake not to mention the value of an antique.
