To answer the first question....it has to do with self esteem....some women feel like it's a degrading position....and age. Alot of young girls new to sex don't like it to do it....i know i didn't when I was young. I thought it was disrespectful until about my mid-twenties when I got my bf of 3 yrs off really hard the one time....wow then i realized it's not degrading at all b/c you're in control of his pleasure. How liberating! :)
Second question......this one has to do with confidence as a women most likely they are insecure with their body yet. Again younger girls don't like as much b/c they might think they "smell" or when they get too wet they are embarrassed. They don't understand that dudes LOVE it that's what gets them off...getting you off.
It all comes with experience. *shrug* But what these girls NEED is a patient/coaxing/gentle man to show them the light....the world of bodily pleasure. Also, it doesn't hurt to get her a little drunk....you inhibitions go down. I'm speaking from experience. LOL....thank u to the man who showed me! Kisses and Hugs.

I have found that the older and more experienced I get, the more I like it. A girl really needs to feel comfortable with herself and her lover before good ######## can be accomplished.

I personally think it's such a submissive position that is make us nervous. U are able to just sit back watch and judge.

Assuming you are asking about oral sex (not sure why you feel the need to ask things in a silly manner and make us try to guess what you are talking about), remember...... different strokes for different folks!
