I am not 100% sure but through a wealth of sneezing experiance I can make an assumption that your ears would pop dramatically. I doubt very much your brains would come out of your ears. Another fact about sneezing: I heard that if you try to sneeze with your eyes open, they pop out - think about it, its a natural reaction to close your eyes when you sneeze - it may be an urban myth but I am not going to test it out for you - I don't love this site that much!

Dont know. But at present when I blow my noise, holding my nose or not I get a loud crackling sound in one ear. I have had both ears syringed but the right ear has hearing a bit dulled and cracking when I blow my nose. Whats that from? I have just had a cold.

Nine times out of ten nothing will happen...seeing as how I have done that and am fine. But you really shouldn't do it. It puts a lot of pressure on your ear drums and could cause damage. You of course won't blow your brains out but still not a good idea to do.
