More details: I have changed the settings on the document to more than one copy (2..3...4...etc) but the printer must have some setting established that will only print one copy at a time. Is there a way to go through the menu button and correct this?

when you click file then print, it will say copies, change that to 2,3 or how many copies you want!

Rather than clicking on the icon of the printer on the toolbar, click on "File", then "Print", and it will bring up a window on which there's a section to click a bar to indicate the number of copies you want printed. Other printer preferences can be chosen there as well.
