1st click start-all programs-look for a blue lower case "e"
if not there then look here
go into my computer-c:-program files (it may ask you if you want to view these files hit yes)-internet explorer-then double click the "e"
to make it easier for you next time right click on the "e" choose send to-then desktop shortcut

Microsoft Office won't work inside of Firefox because the technologies are not compatible. You can go here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx ..and check out version 7. I haven't checked it out much, so I can't tell you much about it. Version 6 is still available I think. You might have to go to the Windows update site or try http://www.download.com. Keep in mind if you try for version 6 it is a 60mb download and will take hours to complete on a dialup connection.

The operating equipment is corrupted - commonly a rogue driving force. attempt starting up contained in the secure MODE and word if the region disappears. if so, do a restoration back to an formerly aspect (till now the region acknowledged) If that would not artwork, a equipment restoration from the bootup exhibit screen would properly be necessary (yet your records will be kept).
