When I went to sleep I had 2 balls. Now I only have 1. What is going on?

Did you check the dog, he might be chewing on one...
Are we talking ping pong, base ball, tennis or testess...
If you're missing a teste, you might have a real problem, they can (as a defense mechanism) climb up into the body through a small opening in the pelvis. If allowed to drop naturally and without any trauma, things will return to normal, but if they become inflamed or twist and become strangulated, you need to get to a doctor NOW.
If I were in your shoes, I'd see a doctor, or at least call him/her for advice. Don't make any sudden moves...

Testicles can and have to move inside the scrotum sack only.
On the contrary, they mustn’t go back to the groin or worsen going up more.
If it occurs, there could be some problem (Cryptorchidism) because it means that the passage is still opened while
after the birth it had to close itself. Such movement can cause epididymitis, Orchitis or Testicular torsion. With the Cryptorchidism it is the main case of infertility.
If your testicles are truly going up inside your body, please talk to a physician and ask about it. It may or may not be normal depending on what is actually happening.

If serious, your one ball must be contracted too much.
Just make it warm (rubbing with a luke warm watery cloth)
then slowly pamper it until it come out...
I have experience like that..
my 2 balls all gone as I applied a skin itchy relief lotion..
later I regain my balls after washing the lothion

Must of been too cold so your body will protect the little you's by hiding it inside your body.
Just under the skin above your sack! You could pop it back out.

Maybe it rolled under the bed, or you have a Hernia.
Get checked by your doctor right away, this can turn serious.
