my car has this vibration while its sitting in idle or while being driven its a 1994 pontiac sunbird with a 2.5 engine what could be the cause ? and how do i fix it?

I've had my car in the shop and they've checked out the plugs and wires and say they are fine they did set the idleing and it stopped for a while but now its back

Could be any number of things. Check the obvious 1st. Pull a few spark plugs, looks for any visible cracks of plu fouling. Check the ignition wires for the same, Look under the distributor cap for any cracks as well as burn marks. If you dont see any obvious signs of a malfunction, then you may have to look at the internals of the engine as a burned valve or blown head gasket. usually an engine compression test will reveal this for you.

you got a miss somewhere,check your plugs and wires and also check your fuel system.
