#1- 'Mama, I'm coming home' for sure! Love that song!!
'Road To Nowhere' is great too.
'Goodbye To Romance' I love that one too. Ozzy has so many great songs. 'See You On The Other Side' is another beautiful one!

Ozzy's best stuff was done with Sabbath, "War Pigs" being the best of many classics. If it's solo songs you're asking about then I'd go for "Revelation (Mother Earth)" from "Blizzard Of Ozz".
