I run a pc with windows xp home edition. I have tried installing the software that comes with the cd and tried to install the microsoft MTP and with no succes have I installed the thing. I tried installing directly from add new hardware and it says that the INF file from which it's installing is corrupt but I cannot find a driver to install it directly anywhere. Creative support SUCKS! Does anyone have an answer to my need?

Have you tried using "Start", "Run" and then "D:\install.exe" command? Have you tried using "My Computer", open "D:\Drive" and open the "install.exe" file? Is the optical drive that you're using operational? Is the drive recognized by the device manager? Did you have Win XP SP/2 on your computer?? I have a Zen Micro-Photo, and had no problems installing the software.
