Stand at the foot of the bed centred between the two sides; face the direction from which you came out, and turn around to face in the opposite direction; and proceed until you get to the corner, then turn toward the head of the bed, take a step or two, get in and you should be there.

Get a can or bottle of your favorite juice, and purchase (they have these at 7-11) a tiny liquid bottle of ginsing. Pour it in and shake it up. Drink it all. There is something so positive about it that it gives you a clearer perspective about the day. And tonight? Don't eat any pepperoni pizza before bed. Choose HAPPY.

I know of no way to do this. Just hope tomorrow is better.
Doing things that cheer you up will make it better, but you can't undo a crappy morning.
