If my final judgment says I have to pay any "past due, non-covered" medical expenses for my child, does this mean I have to pay for co-payments that the mother has paid since my child's birth?

Correct me if I am wrong, but if the child's mother paid them, they are not "past due" are they? If I read what you have written correctly, only "Past Due" non-covered medical expenses have to be paid. Co-pays that have been paid do not fall into that statement, because they are not past due...

I am going to say yes just because i am going thru this as we speak, but it all depends on the judge that you have and what the non-covered means to the judge. so i guess i was not to much help but expect it because when it comes to paying they will take everything that you have. I got stuck paying support and insurance and i make about 800.00 and only bring home 300.00 and the kids do not even live here, they live about 2500 miles away and my insurance does not cover them where they are, so honey be prepaired because they can really get you and it does not matter how much the other makes, my other makes about 1200.00 and you see how much i make. Good Luck and I am on your side I hope that you do not have to pay all of it because it is both the responsibilty to pay half.

NO, IN MOST CASES SHE COVERS THE PAST UP TO 500 OR 600 DOLLARS, AND YOUR KID SHOULDN'T BE AT THE DOCTORS THAT MUCH. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I COVER ALL CO PAYS ON OFFICE VISIT AND PRESCRIPTIONS BUT ONLY UP TO LIKE 500 I CAN'T REMEMBER THE EXACT NUMBER AND HER FATHER HAS TO COVER ANYTHING ELSE ABOVE THAT NUMBER....

NO, JUST THE ONES IN ARREARS, PAST DUE. NOT ONES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID.

ARE YOU PRETENDING TO BE THE HUSBAND SO YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OF HIS OBLIGATIONS?
