Ask her coach, ask parents of the children in the class. Somebody may be selling theirs, or they can tell you where to go to have it custom-made. I don't recommend buying on-line because she can't try it on. Latin is pretty demanding in terms of how costume is supposed to fit, how comfortable it is and how well it stays on during dancing.
