My high school class (2003) used "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" by Green Day.
Our entire class was allowed to suggest songs and then a list of choices was made up and all the seniors voted for the song they most wanted to use and Green Day won.
Some other suggestions we had were "Here's to the Night" by Eve 6, "Forever Young" by Rod Stewart, and "Back Where I Come From" by Kenny Chesney (I grew up in the country).

There's this one song by Vitamin C titled, "Graduation (Friends Forever)" which has everything you want to say to a friend, teacher, etc. It's a really awesome, heartfelt song=)
Others include, John Mayers', "No Such Thing" & Green Days', "Time of Your Life", are good picks too.
