It;s almost like your fight or flight sense has kicked in and your not sure why. Just calm down. Take a few deep breaths and try to relax. The unconscious part of you brain could of just recalled something traumatic that happened in your life. No I not crazy I am a student of many Psychology classes. I hope this helps it happens to everyone at some point or another.

Everything is fine, and every pregnancy is different, so don't call 911 just yet. Your body (and since you have children already, you know this) is going through a huge change right now and it is attempting to get everything balanced for you and baby. Go for a good walk in the evenings or mornings with your husband. Exercise is the best thing to help normalize all the hormonal changes you are having right now. It will help you, it will help baby and give you and hubby some time to just talk and visit. Everybody wins and these feeling will start to subside...

Honey I know how you feel, I get that every now and then. Just last night I had this dream I was in the middle of a painful labor and I was shouting 'I can't do this anymore, why did I end up here?' and then the Dr was telling me to push, and then I pushed once and out came my baby and then I woke up in a panic lol I've been TTC since December, I guess the stress just got to me. You're going to be okay. Find something to keep yourself busy - baby shopping? Looking at baby names? Go to the mall, window shop. Eat chocolate. Good luck to you!

I'm pregnant right now, and I'm having the same issue. Not all the time, but enough to bother me. The smallest things keep me up at night and freak me out. I guess it's just a hormonal thing, but I completely understand what you are going through. It's really annoying, because I know everything's okay, but I worry anyway. I don't know what we can do, except to just remind ourselves that it's our body's problem, and that everything really is okay. Good luck to you with this and with your new baby.

hehe..sounds like anxiety (dang hormones)....its totally ok...I do it a lot (17 weeks)..I did that two days ago....If I go around and check everything and everyone..(which you said you have done lol)...leave a window open so you can hear your kids...take the phone outside..and sit on the front or back porch or....anywhere close to the house so you can hear the kids and take the phone with you...sometimes a few breaths of fresh air helps it...or listening to music...listening to music works for some..but it usually makes me more anxious..dont know why...when I go outside and that still isnt working...I chat on the phone with a girl friend...or call up my baby's dad (cuz we are really close, even tho were not together at the moment) and tell him whats going on..he usually (cuz he understands me)...can make me feel better....if that doesnt work..go lay with your kids...comfort usually kicks it...good luck and lol dont worry...its cool...the sooner you learn to fix that feeling the better....cuz hormones make you do that a lot..good luck

Hormone induced panic attacks. Keep a small brown paper sack close at hand. When you feel it coming on breathe in and out of the bag for a couple of minutes.

Take two tablespoons of honey before going to sleep. You can dilute the honey in tea, too. If your anxiety doesn't quite repeat the treatment every 30 min.
3 takes max... you're calm.
Also... you need to visit this site to find out about the benefits of Honney and Cinnamon togehter... it's great!

sounds like you are very over whelmed with the new baby.. things will be okay and try not to stress about it too much... If you are still bothered by it call your parents and siblings to make sure they are okay... then relax with a cup of hot chocolate and what a movie... things will be okay... being overly excited will cause you to feel this way too..
