Make a move if you likes her...try to get know more about her...who knows perhaps she interested?show your sincerity and i believes she willing to be friend with you.

I would seriously discourage Dating anybody that you work with. That can have a detrimental affect on the relationship and put your job in jeopardy if the relationship doesn't work out.
I know several guys that was brought up on Sexual Harassment charges for making a move on a female at work.

How about asking her to eat lunch with you at work? This way you could get to know her without it being obvious that you are interested. Or ask if she wants to tag along if a group of you go out after work for a drink??

well when u at work and u see her go over and talk to her but first u must b nice with her when talking, then introduce your self and while she respons u jus have 2 keep the flow going u a guy u know what i mean

try to do lunch with her, find out where she goes, or who she sits next too, and show up.. No stocking her though! but go for it, have confidence in your self

you could probably get with her before knowing her , but im almost positive there is some kinda stalking law or something gonna be involved ...so my suggestion is before you get with her ...introduce yourself to her

yes you can get with someone before actually knowing them that's how it happened with me and my fiance and well just ask her out maybe she'll say yes
