Hi,
Deep fried gravy balls
In Holand they have this dish that is served in local pubs called bitterballen. It is made by taking heavy fat and meat gravy. You then put the gravy in the regridgerator until it becomes like gelatin.
Then you scoop out balls of congealed gravy and roll them in breadcrumbs and then in egg. Finally you deep fry them in oil.

I think pork pies were proved to have nothing worthwhile in them at all, just a load of fat! Lol. I don't think there is a most unhealthy food because it depends on the portion size and the way it is prepared. Things deep fried are obviously going to be bad for you and you can deep fry a whole array of things so that's a kind of difficult question to answer.

Good question: Because of hydrogen bonds on the molecules in certain foods, they are very easy for your body to store, in foods that don't have this, you body has to place hydrogen bonds in order to prepare them for storage so it is actually easier to just burn them for fuel. In order to find an extremely unhealthy food look for high percentages of saturated fat expecially monounsaturated fat.
If you really want to kick it up combine that with high amounts of cholesterol, sodium, and carbohydrates. These will also slow down the metabolism and decrease blood flow to the body. Items with this combination in abundance are things such as potato chips, very cheesy and processed pastas, and anything oily(not Olive Oil).

I would say "white foods" They are unhealthy and tend to least resemble their original natural ingredients and have the most added refined and artificial additives.
* "White sugar" includes refined sugar cane or sugar beets having virtually all B vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other essential nutrients removed. Corn syrup is also a "white sugar," made from processed cornstarch and essentially devoid of other nutrients.
* "White flour," analogously, is whole wheat flour minus its nutrient-packed wheat germ and fibrous bran. Nutritionally speaking, white flour a ghost-like shadow of its original whole grain.
* "White fat" can include rendered animal lard, vegetable oils "hydrogenated" to make them hard at room temperature, and refined tropical fats such as cottonseed oil. Hydrogenation is a chemical process that transforms natural fats into more saturated "trans"-fatty acids that do not occur naturally and are strongly associated with cardiovascular disease.

One of the fast food chains, maybe Hardees, makes a burger that is loaded with more fat than a person needs in a week. Just in one burger.
And the chicken from KFC is so horrible for you, that I can't believe they are allowed to sell it to people.

ANYTHING THAT IS PROCESSED!!!! That includes FAST FOOD. Any of your flours, chips, breads, pastas or anything like that should always be "unbleached". If you buy any bread, pasta, flour or whatever and the first thing on the ingredients is "bleached flour", you're killing yourself, slowly but surely. Also anything with transfats.
