Should I buy the Xbox 360?

I've been thinking about buying the X box 360, I know for a fact its going to be hard to get the PS3, so I think for my convinience the Xbox 360 should be better? Is it worth buying? how are the graphics, features, games?

It depends. If you want to play games online, then the 360 is buy far the best choice. By far!!! It's online capabilites will leave the competition behind. If you want a unique interactive interface, then the Nintendo wii should suffice. It's going in a completely different direction then the 360 and the ps3. If you absolutely must have a ps3, I suggest you try and reserve one immediately. I'm less enthusiastic about this system because of how expensive it is, and I'm not impressed with the launch titles... although Final Fantasy xiii is going to be a ps3 exclusive set to release in 2007. That alone can warrant an overpriced purchase.
So here is a recap of the systems strengths:

xbox360 : online gameplay/ graphics on par with ps3
wii: awesome interactive gameplay. Well be hellafun
ps3: Final Fantasy xiii, (also metal gear solid 4, but xbox 360 and wii are coming out with Splinter Cell 4)

Graphically, the 360 is so close to the PS3 that most people likely won't be able to tell the difference.

If online play is important to you, 360 is a good choice. With a lot of networking experience (this is Microsoft after all) and the success of Xbox Live (for the original Xbox) already under their belt, 360 is guaranteed to be great for online gaming.

360 started out a little iffy in terms of game selection but is getting a lot of great-looking titles in the next few months. First person shooters are obviously going to be big on the 360, but Microsoft is making an effort to focus on RPGs, mainly to try and secure the Japanese market. I have my doubts that the RPG support will stay as strong as it looks right now, but only time will tell.

If you're going to get a 360, make sure it's a later model. The launch units have been having an unprecedented number of hardware failures. It might be a good idea to get an extended warranty too, or buy from a place like Costco that will replace defective electronics.

The Xbox 360 is worth buying! Graphics are nice an clean, some features are the same that were carried from the Xbox (Xbox Live), but there is also an Xbox Live Arcade, Marketplace, and the ability to play Xbox games (you need the hard drive), Dead Rising, Dead or Alive 4, PGR3, and the upcoming Halo 3 are your best choices of games! Get it now and use the leftover cash for the Nintendo Wii. Don't waste your life savings on a $500 console.

Yes! you should by a 360 because the graphics are awsome and there are better games for a 360 than an ordinary xbox like Halo 3.

You should get the PlayStation 3 if you want a true next gen video game system with awesome games and high tech technology. Xbox 360 has crappy games nothing new only 13 available with the 20 Gig hard drive nothing not worth it.

graphics are three demensional,almost reality-the game selection is great-x box live is made better-may as well be a computer
