Go to Lowe's or Sutherlan's some place like that and purchase a 99% dust removable filter for your central heating and air unit, this will remove the dust and keep it down, they cost about $18.00 but it last for up to 3 months

Dust doesn't come from the outside of your house, although that may contribute, dust comes from walking across your carpet, opening and closing your drapes, shaking out your towels and bedspreads, and from brushing your hair and drying your clothes and from your dog walking across the room. It comes from opening boxes and tearing paper and ripping off a sheet from a roll of paper towels or toilet paper.

Air filters, like the ionic breeze filters mentioned here, are the closest you'll come to having a dust free environment.

I live in the mountains. The dirt has fine minerals in it that float throughout, everywhere, and dust clings to it inside the house. The dust that collects on my tv screen is thick, and I clean the screens daily.

Do the best you can and live with your efforts.

you need to put in storm doors and windows to allow a space between the outside and inside so as to allow the dusts to fall in the between.

Or get a good strong exhaust fan and position it to blow the air out of the incoming doors.
