The book was, "Hegemony or Survival: The Americans Quest For Global Dominance (The American Project)".

It is available on amazon.com or buy.com for the cheapest prices, or most likely from your local library. (may be a waiting list, though).

I don't know what the title was and for good reason. Chomsky is a major conspiracy theorist who hates America despite the fact that he lives in America, works and gets paid in America, and hides behind the First Amendment in the U.S. Constitution, which protects his right to smear his own country. He focuses strictly on blaming America for anything and everything and never dwells a moment on America's accomplishments. He has also supported dictatorial / Communist regimes, which is ironic considering that if he ever lived under such regimes, he could never publish the type of work he publishes (critical of the state).

His books are a waste of time and not worth the paper they're printed on.
