Before I answer the real question, I would like to point out to you that I work for a phone computer support team and many people who forget their password tend to be excessively suspicious.

If that's not your case, then you will need to start by contacting your ISP to inform them of the situation and then file a legal complaint.

Of course this is a pain in the A** and I wouldn't worry about it unless you have sent or received sensitive information with this email account.

Now you should make sure that you have proper security installed on your computer to avoid the possibility of stealing your passwords by attacking it.

Then change your password to something that can not reasonably be found with a dictionary scan.

Here are some examples of bad passwords:
- 123abc: the first passwords to come to mind to ANYONE
- myname??: your name with a two digit number
- word??: dictionary word with numbers on the right

An average password would be like:
- ?catname?: with a number before and after and a name that few people can relate you to this is not bad (with some caps it would be pretty good).

A good password would require to be thougher to remember and to type but there are tricks. Here is an example:
- ?5uziE?: could be good if your cat is called Suzie :)

Of course the best passwords have to be randomly generated. Those can not be found unless using brute force testing and can require weeks of processing for a normal computer (also unlikely since most systems have lockout mechanisms after too many failed attempts). A couple of examples could be:
- 6bTrm81L
- Bmt4i7Mq

Those are really hard to remember but after a dozen times and a little effort it's possible!

properly they should be logging into your communicate board account first of all, then interpreting your communicate board emails, you want to modify your account safe practices information, or report this violation to the right communicate board directors, faster particularly than later.

Yeah just try to think of to whom you told the password to. It's either one of them, or they're responsible for leaking it.
