I decided that I was violated and got some random bum on the street to fight my battles for me because he volunteered and he died? Could his family find me responsible and accountable? Or would they thank me and make me whirled leader? Would you be mad at me or feel sorry for me? From the families point of view!

You would be just as guilty. You didn't do the act but you set it in motion. And what level was the violation, unless he/she raped you, or molested your child, I wouldn't be able to forgive you for taking any family member of mine. Just my thought on this question.

Of course his family could find you responsible. If you hadn't of contacted him in the first place he may not be where he is now. No one should get others to fight their battles. Why should they thank you for getting their son\daughter\brother\sister etc. killed? If you had been violated then you should use the courts to fight your battle, no sympathy from here, sorry.

it depends on how you were violated and if i really liked my family bum and if it is more beneficial for him/her to be dead.
