They might. Some goldfish change colors over the course of their lives, others not so much. You'll just have to wait and see.

I would say it's possible. But I read an interesting fact yesterday about goldfish. Did you know the oldest recorded goldfish lived to be 41 yrs. old? So I would guess over the yrs. it might go through a lot of changes, lol. I actually read that and thought it was interesting.

most will, by next summer most of your babies will be colored up, the ones that haven't should be destroyed (or not allowed to breed)
generally about half of goldfish and koi babies retain their natural "wild" color, if not interfered with, within 2 generations all your goldfish would be "wild" (bronze or silver)colored

Yes, usually they change black/silver to indicate grow of new bigger scales. Also if you feed them brighter red flakes or pellets you give them a brighter orange color, but it makes your fish tank water dirty faster. Same thing with Koi Fish, I have a large collection of both.

Yes they will. They're always black or silver when young but will change to gold very soon. It really doesn't take too long.

Most will but it may take up to a year before they get their adult colors, even after that they may change.

they can change to white if you leave them in the dark

i shouldnt think so if you bought them silver then they should stay that colour.
