I am over 50 certified skilled lifetime work experience etc etc Not on welfare but losing my small lifetime saving! I,ve experience this before. Like katrina pointed out to the world we have all these government agentcies that exist but do not function this has been true all my life! How can i effectively in a timely fashion get one of these local,state or federal jobs I am a war time veteran? I want to work!

I am pretty sure there are a some place that will hire you, just because you are a vet, if that isnt the case then maybe you need to relocate somewhere else and try to find other work... where there is a will there is a way... dont give up

You want a government job? Why? You said yourself these government agencies don't work, and haven't worked during your lifetime.
I'm retired military myself. When I got out I started looking for work first. Then I started looking for something better. After about four changes I finally found something I really like. And I've been here for a number of years now. But you know what? I still keep looking. You never know. They could decide to fire me, the place I work could shut the doors, or the conditions could change so I didn't want to work here any more. You always have to have options.
