If you are having sex with your spouse and another person comes to mind you should not be together.
When I am having sex I tend to concentrate on the present.
This is not having a fantacy while masturbating. That is a different issue. If my partner or me is not thinking about the the now and each other we can not be very well suited.
I also think that while doing the deed with me she will forget about the others.

If having sex with them is what you are thinking, then it is the same as 'cheating' on your spouse !!!

It depends... Are you thinking about other people (like a specific person) or a visual act that turns you on... If you are thinking of another woman who you know personally...then noooooooo. Not good.
