Click on "Ignore" button. Do not play them.....sooner or later, they will annoy enough players for them to avoid playing that person. Unfortunately, they tend to retrieve another I.D. & return to room. You can also report them in "Abuse" if they are being vulgar or are suspected of cheating. IF all decent folks stuck together we could actually tidy up the rooms of these jerks.

You can't immediately. You have to go to games help and fill out an abuse report. He has to be dong something against the community Guidelines though. Do this if you are within the rules. We need to stop non-sportsmanship conduct Good Question!
