my windows xp is stuck on unknown flash type what is that?

when i start my computer this is what i get unknown flash type

Sounds like your java needs to be updated. Head over to http://www.java.com and download the latest version. The latest java handles most known flash types, so if you're still stuck on an unknown type after updating java, it's probably a virus.
