I live with my partner and we have a sone together. we havent spoke to eachother properly for the past week and a half because he wont give into something that he was wrong about.
We only just sorta spoke today for the first time- then he has the cheek to ring me there, ask me to hang around while he has a few pints so i can drop him home. i just cant believe him sometimes. does anyone else have an inconsiderate boyfriend like this

I use to have a boyf like that, i was with him for four years but i got rid of him, because i listened to peoples advise he was an A hole.
Please listen to this advise . Lose him, he won't change he will only get worse, cos your letting him get away with it. Don't waste years hoping, construct you life to what you derserve best, and girl you need some respect, partners are called partners for a reason, cos you love and treat each other with respect, work through hard times together, do things for each other, support each other, learn when to back down in an argument, admit when you are wrong, and don't let pride stand in your way to say sorry when you know you are in the wrong. He is not doing any of this.
He is using you and being selfish, and that is not what you call a partner.
Too many nice men out there to be worrying about a loser like him, whether you love him or not, you have room move on and love someone else.
Just think how many blokes you thought you may have loved? but you still moved on.
Sorry to say, but face facts hun, if your angry now and asking for advice? then who knows what your future holds with this man.
I mean what a bloody cheek asking you to hang round while he has some beers, i wud have poured it over his head and made him walk home.

Sometimes people can be very inconsiderate. My boyfriend and I had a similar issue where I felt he was in the wrong, he didn't feel he did anything wrong and it was very uncomfortable between the 2 of us for almost a week. We discussed the situation several times, sometimes it goes just like this...
You have to agree to disagree. If he's worth keeping, remember what a turd he was, remind him that you're not pleased with the situation but tell him that your relationship with his is too important to let something like this destroy it so you're going to just move forward because this is a loose, loose situation.

The fact that he's still your boyfriend and not your husband, speaks volumes about your relationship. Obviously, he doesn't respect you or feel committed to being responsible and loyal. So- it's not a mere matter of him being inconsiderate. The real question you should be asking is why do I let myself be treated like a doormat by this loser? When you find the source of your low self-esteem and work on improving it, then you'll have the courage to take your son and build a better life for yourself.

don't wait there for him if he is so stubborn as men are believe me it will get worse don't let him walk all over you go home if he wants a few pint then he will have to get a taxi not all men are like it but they are about listen you need to talk to him and tell him that if his sulking continues you are out there is nothing worse than a man that sulks i cant stand it don't be a lap dog get away if he wants you if he loves you he will come after you and if he don't then he ain't worth the salt in his body sort it out and tell him you have had enough of his childish ways

I find that once boys get comfortable within the relationship then they get to be real pigs! I find that you have to keep them on their toes. Treat em mean keep em keen it always works. I suggest you tell your bloke that you've had enough of all the sh*t and your gonna just forget about it an hopes that he does the same so you can get on with things, iof he wants to act the child and not put it behind him then a good night out with the girls will cure him!

normaly you live with it or you move on it takes a lot to change a person but sometimes people just lock horns see what he does and how it pans out then make a decision
