If they didn't, it would be sent back to the shipper the first time they attempted delivery if you weren't home! That would suck, wouldn't it?

They want to deliver your package to you. They are good at getting the packages delivered. They try to do their job.

I didn't know they did. But shows good service. You can go to their office and pick up your package when you present the notice they left at your address.

They keep trying, which shows good customer service on their behalf. If after three valid attempts, they have gone above and beyond the call and leave it up to you to get it.
