Just be honest with your neighbor and tell her that your personalities conflict and you don't feel it would be comfortable for you or for her daughter to spend an extended amount of time with you. It's better to be up front about it and hope that your neighbor is mature enough to take the open, honest criticism than to feel pressured into doing something until the situation becomes unbearable and you blow up.

Talk to your neighbor and tell her that you can't watch her daughter anymore. Be honest and up front about it. The last thing you want right now is to feel pressured into baby-sitting her and you blow up later. If you are watching her daughter in your house, set some ground rules for her and she should follow them. Just talk to your neighbor. Hopefully, she'll be mature enough to handle whatever you have to say and find somebody else to watch her daughter. Best of luck.

If she is at your house and you are watching her then she follows YOUR rules period! Otherwise tell your neighbor you can't sit for her because of her daughters behavior! It's really plain and simple.
