Any one know the older R&B song, the lyric says "I'm guilty babe of being no good"?

The song starts out he is reading a letter from his wife, she met a woman in a cafe & in conversation she found out the woman was involved with her husband. Then he goes on to say he's guilty of being no good, everything she feels is understood, she tells him she's gonna take everything cuz she was good to him, etc.

I have no clue what year it came out, I burned it from a friends computer, & she had burned it from an exboyfriend's cd that he'd had somebody else burn for him...I've searched google, yahoo, every lyric search engine I can find!
