I left my dentist at least 6 years ago, but she keeps sending me mailings. My wife hates junk mail.

How can you have a wife already when just yesterday you were getting married in 2 weeks. And before that you wanted to get married but had to wait 2 yrs. because you were only 16. Get off this website if you have nothing better to do with your time. You don't even have a clue of what it is like to be married.

Call the office and tell them to take you off the mailing list. And if its junk mail only why is your wife worried ? Is she insecure ? Your wife needs to grow up and let it go.

Firstly, it is very good to see you back...you are as close to a lunatic as I find here, and I need company.
Tell your wife to mind her own business, that you can get drilled by whomever you want, and give her a ham sandwich to sink her teeth into.
On the otherhand, "Hate" is a very strong word...are you sure you don't mean "Heartily dislike?"

Tell her to throw the mails or do whatever she wants with it. That shows you don't care about that ex anymore. Other than that, ask her whether she wants you to call your ex and tell her not to contact you anymore, or does she wants to do it herself. This way, she'll feel confident and trust you more.

block the emails if you must, and since you show your wife her emails, if she knew your wife read them, she would be disgusted in you (think you are a whimp) and will stop writing.
