In general men because they will be straight with you. Woman are good only because they're more intuitive and you don't have spell everything out for them!!

it doesn't really matter to me, as long as they are good workers and people i can get along with.

I work in an office that's mostly women. Some of the women like to make their jobs more complicated than they actually are. The few men I work closely with are very straight-forward when doing their jobs and don't seem to intuit more into their jobs. At the same time, there have been women I've worked with who've been extremely thorough in their jobs and men who've done as little work as possible. (Notice I'm only saying some, not all.)
I don't think I have a preference for either, so long as they get their jobs done.

I prefer to work with men. There's not nearly as much drama working with the guys as there is working with women. We're so catty and hormonal, I just can't take the daily issues that women have. I've worked in close quarters with women and nearly lost my damn mind. Now I work in an office where I'm the only woman and it's the most peaceful work environment I've ever had. The men here say what they think and if there's a problem they let me know and we fix it. They don't give you the silent treatment and walk around rolling eyes at you all day before they tell you what's wrong. They don't have PMS that makes them bitchy every month and no relationship drama to speak of. It's great. I love my sisters but things are way less complicated with none of the around here. Now I may be exposed to a dirty joke now and then, or suffer from testosterone poisoning from time to time but it's way better than all the crap I've dealt with working with women. Sorry girls but you know it's the truth.

men, women tend to stick their noses into their co-workers life and see what is going on but i hate such kind on the other hand men wont ask beyond "how are you doing?
