miami does have the most in the NFL but most of them were there while the U was in the big east. since miami joined the ACC they havent had as many drafted.

I'm not sure what the absolute correct answer is but I do know Ohio State and Michigan both send ALOT of players to the NFL.

Probably the Big ten with the SEC and the Big 12 in a close race. The ACC does have the U, but that is about it.
