Yes, they're both great song writers. But, they surely cannot sing worth a darn.

Obviously "Stoneoracl" cannot follow directions. Probably been that way since Kindergarten, is spoiled, and used to getting her way.

Ok, it's 10 votes for Bob, & 2 votes for Neil with one vote for both.
Personally, I think Neil sings worse. He sings in one note, it's high & whiny.
Oddly enough, I can sing like either one.

Neil Young gives me a headache.. atleast with Bob Dylan you cant understand a word he is saying but Im sure there is a message somewhere in there.

my vote is Dylan...his music was more easy listening and didn't have the amped up volume of some of Young's songs. Because of this, Dylan's screeching is more apparent.

i,too love both of then, however, I've heard young sing on key more often.
