I'm on month 4 of clomid 1st round at 150 mgs. Low proegterone levels so far, so no ovulation. I am on day 3 of the clomid and am experiencing thick egg white mucus. I also had this last month, but then it dries up around the time that I am supposed to ovulate, could I be ovulating already. Any suggestions?

Are you being monitored by your doctor at all? I took Clomid for 6 months, and like a previous poster, it didn't work for me. It caused CM to dry up completely during ovulation - preventing conception. After my 5th month, I switched to an RE who saw immediately what was happening, changed my strategy and I was pregnant the next month. My doctor said Clomid only works for about 20% of women. It's frequently the first thing tried, though, because it is easy and has relatively few side effects.
If you're not being monitored throughout your cycle by your doctor, please consider switching to a specialist.

My wife was on clomid for a few months, she ovulated but her uterine wall was too thin (a result of clomid) for implantation. Your doctor should be measuring your uterine wall thickness. They switched her to another drug, I can't remember the name but I know they use it for breast cancer. She got pregnant the first month on that. Our child is two now... Good luck.

first of all, i think of 150mg of clomid is enormously intense for it just to be your 4th around. you ought to check out the soreness by way of fact clomid has been widely used to reason cysts. i think of your wellness practitioner is a lot too a ways forward. you may desire to nonetheless be on the two 50mg, according to probability in basic terms commencing 100mg. i became on clomid for one month, 50mg and it worked the 1st shot (i became fortunate). yet my wellness practitioner noted being on 50mg for 3 months before shifting to 100mg. I additionally propose o.ok.s by way of fact they are powerful. in case you had issues, attempt yet another kind. you in basic terms in no way comprehend. it extremely is posible which you're feeling ovulation soreness. Many woman do. regrettably i'm unable to declare for specific no rely in case you're or are not. stable success!
