I download IE7 and now I don's have IE toolbar. How do I change my account options?

Do you have the toolbar that has "file"? if so then you click on "view" and choose what tool bars you want. If not then you should be able to right click at the top (where the tool bar should be) and select a tool bar from the menu.

I think you should get a toolbar from IE automatically as you install it. You may want to re-install IE 7 Beta 3 from this website: http://cnet.search.com/search?part=&q=Internet+Explorer++7

I did and I got my toolbar automatically. Then you click the right button on the grey area to CUSTOMIZE your toolbar.
