Were you pleased? Better or worse than tanning beds?

I've never had it done, but I heard it makes you orange, and rubs off on your clothes, it's just a mess. I think in-home self tanners are probably better.

I was very pleased with the results and versus a tanning bed - it's better for you as it pertains to skin cells and long term effects but if you are doing it to try to keep from getting sun burned it will not protect you because the melanin in your cells will still rise to the top of your cells to protect the nucleus from damaging ultraviolet rays which is what helps your cells from dying off which is what happens during a sun burn (a slow tan puts up a defense in your cells - but to much sun at once kills the cells off) - however...

with the spray on tan - about 2 to 3 weeks later - it started coming off - not really a huge deal though - I used a luffa when I took a shower and it all came off.

Worked perfect for me because I only needed it for a short time.

I have had the mystic tan done many times, and I was very pleased with it each and every time. I had better result's than a tanning bed and it is much less expensive. Mine lasted about 3 week's and each time I went it cost me $20.00 I always looked very tan, it never streaked if you towel off correctly, and It was very even. I would recommend it. It makes your skin soft and it is not bad for you!! Good Luck I would give it at least one try if I were you!!

I love it! I'm a member of Palm Beach Tan and they have the Mystic system. I go once a week and get the Medium Spray with Bronzer. It's very natural looking. I pay a flat fee of $49 a month and that's for unlimited visits.
It works best if you exfoliate first and keep your skin moisturized between visits.

Used Mystic a few times...sometimes it turns out better than others. Be sure to towel off carefully to avoid streaks and be sure to fully coat your nails, feet and palms with the barrier lotion to avoid embarrassing marks.

My favorite (less damaging) tanning regimin if you have time is to go to the beds to get your base tan (depending on your skin type it may take 2-5 sessions). In between salon tans use a gentle self tanner like Loreal Sublime Brone or Jergens Self Tanning Moisturizer on your whole body every other day (be sure to towel off any excess to avoid streaks).

Your tan will look very natural with out all damage of mulitple trips to the tanning salon every week. Once you're happy with your color you can cut back to one salon tan per week and every other day self tanner use and you'll glow all winter with less damage to your skin.

Not at all pleased - streaks from the tan spray running......you can't breathe while it passes over you, and it's still in the air when it stops - it was free so ........but I would never pay for it or go thru it again......kinda creepy!
