You can use your current sim card in any O2 handset, however, if you buy a phone that's not O2 you may find your current sim may not work in it unless you get the handset 'unblocked' - depending on where you take the handset this may cost £5 - £10.

You either need to buy a new o2 phone (best option if you been with them a while they should give you either a discount off your new phone or up to £50 cerdit on a new phone sim if you go into an o2 store or online) or buy a unlocked phone but these are normally more expensive!!

hi confident that's going to settle to your settlement sim card the only element you will could do is substitute the settings in the telephone i.e wap settings & mms settings yet it rather is easy sufficient taken care of the two bypass in to an o2 keep or you could bypass on the o2 internet internet site & get the settings from there wish this enables ....

not any phone you have to buy one on o2 you will get a new sim card with it but just pop in your old sim card.
Or you can actually get phones unlocked to any network these days.

just buy a bargain pay as you go phone.. preferably 02, and it will work fine with your sim card.... most sony-ericsson's are any network...
