Just use Gimp...it's free and works just as well as PhotoShop.

well i don't actually know a website becasue i believe you have to pay for it but here's my way. You download a shring program like bearshare. www.bearshare.com . and then when you've downloaded it, go to the search and type in photoshop and serch under applications. You should see some reasults and pick the one you want and download it. After you've downloaded it, and if it needs some type of registration code, serach on bearshare for "Photoshop registration codes" and find one. I haven't downloaded photoshop but this is my method of things

Yes but it is illegal, and you must have goog anti-virus software
try Ares it is a peer2peer network you can download it from there but you will have to pay for the liscence if you want to use it commercially

Actualy, if you google or yahoo the words photo editing, programs come up ut they are not so great
