I think it's because the people there are generally smarter than non-Canadians like you, and they have a better appreciation for real music.
Canadians also know how to spell and use punctuation better than people like you. They also have the ability to capitalize words at the beginning of their sentences, something you apparently lack.

Because Canada is a civilised country and does not worship guns, advocate the killing of policeman and the beating up of women. They also have good taste in music.
