True, because how you take things and your image of yourself are totally up to you. No one can "make" you do, say, or feel anything. Even if what you are doing is the best/smartest/safest thing to do under the circumstances, you choose to do it, no one reached in your head, or pulled strings as if you were a puppet, and made you do it.

Neither. Have you ever seen the reaction of a child that has just been called alot of hurtful names?? they might not answer tothem but they still hurt like hell.
later in life it does becaome what we answer to.
reality don't be mean to others it hurts
