Well you can organize your filing cabinet or if you can take breaks go outside when you get bored and take a walk to freshen yourself up. Now are you bored because you don't want to do your work or is it because you have all ready finished it? If your in the first scenario than just get your work over with and you will feel better. If your in the second scenario than try asking your boss for more to do or if you know there's something big coming up start on it so your not rushed. I hope this helps you out.

Get a bag of elastics, roll one into a ball. Wrap another around that keep going until you have one the size of a baseball.
