Is it possible to start a bussiness?

Is it possibe to start a small bussiness in the U.S with a capital of US$30-35,000.Im gonna move to the U.S soon and in the mean time,im trying to get some info on the bussinesss scene.Thanks a lot people

Trying to get info on the business scene? First question where will you locate to? You need to do a lot more work then check on Yahoo Answers for business info. Good luck.
