I've tried a lot! Sleeping on my side, tennis ball in pyjamas, throat spray, magnetic nose ring, those plastic moulds that go in your mouth etc etc.

have u been checked out for things like sleep aponia?

Try a product can Ban Snore....my husband snores like grand central station and this helped a LOT.
He said it made his mouth dry but thats a minor thing

I was told that snoring can be caused by being overweight. My Dad used to snore and he was not on the skinny side, and I used to snore before I lost 35lbs, so it might have something to do with it. Good luck!

Not that I know of. Ive tried em all. All those sprays, the breathing nose strips, mouth guards, nose pegs. Everything.

if you find one that works" could you let my other half know she could do with a good nights sleep. i have also tried every-think on the market and her snoring getting worse.
