Could be nothing more than hormonal fluctuations. That's most likely. It could also be pregnancy.

First, take a pregnancy test. If you aren't pregnant, it's likely just hormonal, as most women ovulate within 10 days after the end of their menses, and your breasts can remain sensitive until after that time.

Next, if this continues to be a problem, discuss it with your doctor. You may have fibrocystic breast disease. FBD is a benign condition where the body makes cysts, or lumps, in the breast. Your breasts can be tender, hard, and sore with this condition. If this is what you have, you'll want to cut out caffeine and take a vitamin E supplement (no more than 400 IU per day).

I just saw on tv yesterday about virial cancer of the breast. It was on I believe Goodmorning America. Try their website for info. I'm not trying to scare you, just inform you. You have some of the symptoms. I'd get to your Dr. ASAP! Best of Luck!

maybe you are pregnant & just had a period, take a preg. test & if that's not it call your dr. or maybe your breasts are sensitive while you ovulate because if you are not pg. you should be ovulating about now! if it's none of that then call you OBGYN
