My wife is from Europe and doesnt know our brands here. Please help, thanks!

I find that Midol works best. Itook Pamprine once and it made me feel worse. Although, it may just be me. There is a tea company called Yogi Teas ( organic section ) and they make one for PMS that actually does help. You could try that.

I like Midol best because it relieves bloating, headache, backache, and cramps. It's great for mood swings as well. I tried Pamprin, and it causes the menstrual flow to be heavier than normal, because it's actually a blood thinner. Not only that, Pamprin pills are big and hard to swallow, where Midol are like little coated tables and slide right down the throat.

Midol-PMS or try Advil. The midol works the best in my opinion.

Midol is the absolute best. Not only does it relieve the cramps but it gets rid of the bloating and irritability as well.
