do any one have a tip for how can a make it totally clean. i'll prefer home tips. thanx

1 tablespoon of johnson's baby shampoo per gallon of warm water - get it nice and sudsy. Get a good lint free softcloth and dunk it in the solution, then wring it out so it is as dry as you can get it. Then use that rag to wipe off your screen. I've used this method for years in our data center - works great, is cheap, the solution is VERY mild, and it leaves no residue. If that doesn't work, you're going to need to try something with alcohol in it.

shut down the laptop power off then use baby wipe on it wait for 5 min befor you start to clean it then wait 15min befor you put it back on

There are special liquids you can use. just go to a computer shop and ask for one.
another advice would be buy another laptop and give the old one to your daughter.

refer to the manual or website for care instructions I just use windex spray the paper towel first then wipe the screen
