Yes, I believe I do. I mean, like Cyrus said, we try to blend in to combat our weird-sounding "virus" names, mine being Iris, but nothing I do can hide my eccentricities. I can wear the prettiest blouse with flowers allover it, but my demeanor is rough and tumble like a guy. And while my skin is silky and white with naturally red lips, I have short hair because long hair would get greasy, so that in and of itself sets me apart from all the "pretty" girls that spend an hour a day straightening their hair with a contraption that irons it flat between 2 burning plates. So we don't have any tattoos or piercings and have never had bright-colored hair in our lives, but what makes us stand out is our personality and the fact that our names rhyme with the word "virus." I mean, our mothers never considered that when we were in the womb, as he was named after Cyrus the Great Persian Emperor and I was named after Iris the Greek Goddess of the Rainbow, but it certainly has helped to distinguish us from the rest of the "non-virulent" world full of Johns, Marys, Brandons, Courtneys, Michaels, Katherines, Christophers, Elizabeths, Nathans, and Angelas, who feel that they must do something creative (hence all the cool screen names on here) in order to be recognized as a unique person. Cy and I were just fortunate enough to be given names that set us apart from the crowd in and of themselves.

I'd like to think I really stand out with my outgoing personality, but unfortunately my average stature and lack of weird clothes/hair or tattoos/piercings makes me seem like just a regular Joe. But I'd rather be that way than to be looked down upon because people are scared of me like the way kids run from guys with "green dinosaur hair" (spiked up mohawks dyed green), stretched earlobes, cartoon flames alover their arms, & dangerous chains hanging from their pants! Me & my girlfriend Iris don't need to do anything to stand out cuz not only do we think differently, we have names that rhyme with virus which are none too common or easy to confuse with others. I mean, how many other Cyruses (or Irises even) do you know?

Most of the time. I wish I didn't. I don't like the attention but I'm used to it.
